Manuel Roberto García-Salazar, the author  Avid film enthusiast, researcher, moviemaker and lecturer on movies and especial effects. He had collected movie related pieces since he was young. When a boy, he attended movie matinees to thrill with Ray Harryhausen mythology and fantasy, dream in space adventures films and laugh on B-budget and monsters double features. At 17 years he tried some photographic trick with a home camera and then read on Méliès and the early cinema magic. So he went fascinated with the magician history and began to learn more on movie especial effects. Now is a visual effects artist, member of the prestigious Visual Effects Society. With credits in several music videos, TV series, and motion pictures. Also is a lecturer on movie production and especial effects conferences for Universities, Colleges and private industry.
